Note: HK Future Academy is an independent startup. We're not a “school” as defined under Section 3(1) of the Hong Kong Education Ordinance and is not registered with the Education Bureau (EDB). We provide personalized tutoring and enrichment services aimed at complementing formal education through skills-based learning, mentoring, and project-based instruction.

2A. Eligibility & Minors

Our Website and programs are designed for users of various ages. All individuals who serve in a teaching, mentoring, or leadership capacity are expected to uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and respect clear boundaries—especially when working with youth. Any form of harassment, bullying, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of affiliation and may be reported to relevant authorities.

While we take reasonable steps to ensure a safe and high-quality learning environment, including reviewing the qualifications and experience of those who contribute to our programs, we encourage parents and guardians to supervise and engage with their child’s learning journey directly.

By attending in-person programs, you voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that HK Future Academy, its team, and representatives will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation—except in cases of proven gross negligence.

We encourage parents and guardians to stay involved, ask questions, and engage with their child’s experience directly. Your partnership helps us keep things joyful, meaningful, and safe for all.
